The letter ‘ɔ’

I assumed that the letter ɔ was only in the twi alphabet.


But I realize now that it’s also a phonetic symbol.


So if you can read phonetics confidently, please pronounce sankɔfa as


“sahn-kɔ- ffah"


If you are not confident, please note that the letter 'ɔ' is equivalent to the sound of ‘a’ in the words “call/raw”.


I hope this clears up the miscommunication.
