For a long time now we’ve – Black People – been running on fumes when it comes to our #Physic #Mental #Spiritual #Intellectual and #Emotional health albeit poor quality food/traditional methods of cooking, psychological micro and macro attacks, poor interpersonal communication/verbal abuse/physical abuse, White supremacy loaded religion and under qualified and deliberately unequipped schools.

We’ve been running on fumes…got so used to starving we forgot what it felt like…BUT I SEE CHANGE. I see HUNGER FOR SUBSTANCE AND TRUTH.

And my soul is POPLOCKING on the inside!! 💃
